This class is for Gema distributor personnel responsible for selling Gema manual equipment. During this two-day class, instructors will conduct both classroom and hands-on training. The classroom portion will focus on the OptiFlex Pro unit model, along with all other previous Gema manual gun models. Training will include electrostatic theory, hands-on application, how to conduct a successful demonstration, and discussion on competitive models. Topics of discussion will include how to gather the correct information, working through the sales approach, engineering the correct solution, and presenting the quote. This class is for Gema distributor field service technicians and other personnel that are responsible for the installation and startup of Gema equipment. Sales personnel are welcome to attend. During this two-day class, instructors will conduct both classroom and hands-on training, focusing on proper installation techniques and startup procedures used by Gema ServiceNet technicians. The content covered will focus on Automatic Gun Packages, ZA Series Reciprocators, timer based triggering, fresh feed and reclaim management and how to interlock the total package.
